Southwest update (Nov. 10, 2020):Due to new processes implemented by Southwest Airlines, all LUV Voucher Requests (Name Changes) need to be submitted directly to your Southwest Account Manager.  Southwest credits cannot be redistributed to the company level profile through the Acendas All Access platform. To apply the LUV Voucher to future travel please provide the traveler with the LUV Voucher details and direct them to an Acendas agent to process and apply the credit (Voucher Number, Issued TO, Security Code, Issue Date, Expiration Date, Amount).?


Changing names on unused tickets-

Reminder that this can only be done via phone calls to Acendas agents during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7AM-5PM CT).  Changing names on tickets is not supported online or via calls to agents that are outside of these business hours.
